How we use the details you share with LaMediaWall.
Project requests
We collect the contact information, location, project preferences and any message or photos you choose to send. We use them to review your request, discuss the scope and follow up through your selected method.
Your photos
Room photos submitted through the estimate form are used for your project discussion. Submitting a photo does not give us permission to publish it as marketing material. Please avoid including documents, people or information you do not want to share.
AI design concepts
When you select Create my concept, your room photo, selected reference and design preferences are sent through KIE.ai to its image-generation provider to generate an image. Only upload a photo you are allowed to use. Do not include people or private documents. A concept is an illustration, not a measured plan or a promise of an exact material, equipment fit or installation.
Your room photo and result are stored privately for up to seven days, accessible from the same browser session. Scheduled cleanup removes expired preview files. You can delete a completed concept on the visualizer page. If you include a concept in an estimate, copies of the original photo, result and choices are saved with that project request; deleting the preview does not delete those submitted copies. Contact us to request deletion of a submitted request.
Design selections are saved in this tab’s session storage so they can transfer to the estimate form. Images are not saved in browser storage. Hashed IP-based and browser-session request counters help prevent abuse. Both visualizer versions share the same limits. We retain these counters for up to 62 days to enforce rolling usage limits. KIE.ai reports that generated media is retained for 14 days and task logs (text and metadata) for two months. Website analytics
Optional analytics are disabled until you choose to allow them. If enabled for the live site, analytics may record page and project identifiers, form activity and successful request counts. Form contact fields, free-text messages and uploaded photos are not sent as analytics event properties.
When you allow analytics, configured providers may receive technical browser and network information through their services. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. We honor a browser’s Global Privacy Control signal by keeping optional analytics disabled.
Edmonton project coordination
Your request goes to Vladislav Belov at LaMediaWall. Details needed for your project may be shared with the Edmonton installation team. Website service providers and request processing may be outside Canada. Contact lamediawall@gmail.com about access, corrections or deletion.
Storage and access
Requests and photos are stored privately for project handling. Access is limited to the people and service providers involved in operating the website and responding to requests. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information.
