Can you work with my existing TV or fireplace?
Tell us the model and dimensions, if you have them. We check fit, mounting, access and the manufacturer’s installation requirements before finalizing the design. Existing equipment is assessed for each project.
Will I see the design before the build?
Layout, proportions, materials and the written scope are agreed before work begins. Full built-in projects include a 3D mockup. We confirm the design deliverables for your scope in the estimate.
How long will my home be under construction?
The site schedule depends on the size, finish and scope. We confirm the build sequence and anticipated time on site in your written estimate, including any preparation needed before installation.
Is there a warranty?
Our installations include a one-year workmanship warranty. Equipment warranties are separate; the fireplace and other products follow their manufacturers’ terms. Your written scope confirms the details.
